2014年11月30日~12月5日、米国ボストンで開催されたMaterials Research Society(米国材料学会)において、D2 塩尻君が超ワイドバンドギャップ半導体のレーザー固相結晶成長について口頭発表を、D2 譚君がポリマー表面の原子スケール形状転写についてポスター発表をしてきました。
MRSは、基礎・応用に関わらず幅広い材料研究者が世界中から集まる国際会議です。研究成果を英語でプレゼンテーションし、有意義な議論を行うことができました。
