2022年10月5日(水)~10月7日(金)、富山国際会議場で開催されたThe 22nd International Conference on Nanoimprint and Nanoprint Technology (NNT 2022)にて、D3 大賀とM2 前田がが研究発表を行いました。
NNT 2022は応用物理学会におけるナノインプリント技術研究会が主催する国際会議であり、ナノインプリントを基軸とした材料のやその応用について広く議論がなされる、先端材料の国際的かつ学際的な研究を促進する会議です。
